But the velcro is fixed in such a way that the size chart doesn't come anyway close to actual fit . Now i cannot even exchange as this product as it is not applicable . very misguiding chart . It can be very painful on my knee at times and this knee-brace has been a major relief. The brace provides very thick cushioning around the knee (I'm not sure why there was a comment saying it's thin like paper!). It provides adequate lateral support for the knee too. My knee has stopped hurting ever since I started wearing this.I saw a couple of feedbacks saying that the size is not reliable or the size chart is misleading.
