This made my panel look brand new again. It even came with new adjustment buttons. Popping the old one out, this one snapped right into place, and looks great. A tip however, if you have an A/C button, this plate has a pop-out for it. Once you remove it, I would recommend trimming around the opening, because I had to, as the opening was snug, and was binding the A/C button.
