## Questions & Answers

**Q: what the difference between bone maximzer 2 and 3**
A: max3 has k1&2 instead of just K2 and it has a bit more vitamin strength.Not a great big difference. They also suggest that you take 6 capsules of MAX 2 and only 3 of MAX 3.We buy MAX 3 because you take 50% less making it a better value.

**Q: Are vitamins in this formula natural?**
A: There are some vitamins which are natural and others are synthetic.

**Q: 450 magnesium oxide/aspartate?  why that form? i'm not looking for a laxative.**
A: I would prefer another form also due to the laxative effect.  Right now I am only taking two a day and it isn’t too bad.  The magnesium citrate I used to take did not cause this, but the magnesium glycinate I tried did.

**Q: Does it have soy in it?**

I bought this because I injured my knee and have constant pain in the bone where the Femur and Tibia meet . Being asked for feedback when only part way through the first bottle seems premature to me . I have followed the advice of taking 3 capsules per day and so far have not noticed any difference whatsoever . I will continue using it and give it time to see if any positive result .
