The prunes are a little drier than I like and the dates have pits, but my real disappointment with the fruit is that there was only 1 peach and 2 pear (my favorite) halves; both fruit compartments are laid out over a layer of apple rings to fluff up the presentation. They are good dried apples but def the most boring item in the box. I plan to wash the liner and reuse the tray; it’s sanded, unfinished wood for the crafty types.
