I was able to use them with sunglasses which had moderately wide frames. They would not fit on glasses designed to fit over your regular glasses. I don’t know how wide the customer’s glasses are. My answer can only we a guess is this case. **Q: Will this fit on ray bans thick frame and thick on the ends?** A: Yes, it will. The plastic part at the end can be moved to make the hole bigger or smaller, depending on the diameter of the frame. The rubber ends are far more adjustable for attaching to the arms of my glasses than other pairs I've had. And they stay put! I also love being able to pull the cord tight to my head when I need my glasses to stay on (without having to wear my 'too sporty looking' keepers). The only reason I gave these four stars is that they aren't long enough overall and Amazon didn't carry the longer version. I found them on the manufacturer's website and suggested they sell them here as well.
