Can i get 12 volt output, if input is 12 volt?

Yes you can. Be sure to use the regulated supply through 3 terminal regulator like 7812 or LM 317. Power supply should be ripple / noise free for this module to get maximum performance.

It is good but may think any heat source to be a human

The product is good but the problem is that it can detect any heat source as a human but it is not their fault this was designed that way it even beeps from a little heat or radiation from a monitor so If you manage to keep hot things away from your project then go for it
