Ones using almond flour, eggs, a really wet batter?** A: My batter I use for the gluten free buns is a wet batter and they turned out fine I do believe you would be fine using this cake pans. Hope this helps. **Q: How many oz does each well hold?** A: Each well holds 8 oz. but you would only put 4-5 oz. of batter in each one to allow rising space.Sharon **Q: What are the dimensions of the pan?** A: The pan dimensions overall are 11 1/8 x 15 3/4 inches. Interior dimensions of the wells are 4 1/8 inches at the top and 3 5/16 inches across the bottom. I used an upgrade stainless steel ruler to measure the top, and a measuring tape to do the interior at the bottom. Both items measured the same across the top, so I assume they are both accurate. Depth measures at just a hair shy of 1 1/4 inches. If you are using these for cakes, then, typically, cake will shrink a bit as it cools; if you are making buns, how much the bread will shrink depends on the recipe.
