I am Hoping it will fit through a desired sized hole.** A: The narrow portion of the funnel tapers from 1cm opening to 1 inch at the neck. This narrower portion is about 4 3/4 inches long. The reservoir portion is 2.5 inches tall and 2.5 inches across cone. **Q: Is this safe for funneling drinking water?** A: I don't think anything is "safe" for anything anymore according to all the warnings posted everywhere but I would have no problems drinking beer, um, uh, water from it.
