Waste of money !
Worst product and misleading descriptionsBlue indicates mid to high strength Material, however what i got is delicate rubber strap. Cannot do rehabilitation physiotherapy on this. Also no return policy. Hence wasted money.

bad quality. easily tearable
User
Useless product
Useless product, just lasted 3 sessions of abductors walk done bare foot to minimise damage to the band. It is too thin to last. Please do not buy this product.
User
Super Weak
I was doing retraction and depression exercises with the band at the shoulder and waist level and the band snapped into two pieces within the first week of usage. I'm now using the snapped pair individually and still performing some stretches, but I can't do any shoulder raises or exercises which require further length. I don't know if it was because this is the lowest difficulty band or because of the seller, but the band should not be breaking this quickly for exercises that it's designed for. I will be ordering another higher resistance band from another provider to be safe.

Great Product
The Thera-Band, 5-Feet/12 mm, is an amazing way to get easy exercises and stretches in. I use it for my pilates, and yoga classes. They are a very convenient product and I will continue to use it in my future yoga and pilates classes.
