No complaints there.But speaking of the product itself, the cons:-is leather so it has a horrible smell for about 10-12 days and you'll have to get used to it. So will the people around you. Maybe the manufacturer can look into it and try and solve this problem.-the strap is just like a thin belt. If you are the kind of person who'll carry his 2-2.5kg laptop everyday, the belt could give up soon and you'll have to completely replace it. The major draw back I felt against the product is about the strap. Even though the strap is strong enough, that's a little narrow.
