A: Yes!

**Q: Will there be a problem as there is no heat vent on the body?**
A: No not at all...there are vents in the bottom...

**Q: What is the thickness(microns) of the laminating pouches which is provided free with this product??**
A: 125 microns

**Q: what should i do? a peper was blocked inside?**
A: there is on ABS button which clears the jam you will find ABS button behind the lamination machine you just need to push that button and pull the paper or sheet it will come out easily.
