I would *definitely* give this product five stars but for the initial defect issue. Details: The initial defect was that two of the main structural dowels had screw inserts that were stripped on the in-the-dowel part of the screw (it's a two-sided screw/bolt type arrangement). Because they were stripped, the dowels could not be tightened in place, unfortunately. I decided to try super glueing these two screw/bolt bits into place in their dowels - and to my surprise that seems to have worked, so I appear to have salvaged that defective unit. But the seller was still wonderful about correcting the situation. All in all, if you have need for a flexible, well-conceived product to store your medium-sized panels or canvases, I would strongly recommend giving this product a try. Review: Easy to install.
