Poor quality. Don’t buy!!!
Poor quality bands. I have been training with band for last 4 years and these bands are very poor quality. They roll when you workout. They do not have high resilience. They poke into the skin and it is worst for people who workout in shorts. Only thing is they have made them in pretty colours but functionality is zero. Will have to spend money on other set of bands now. Since I have used them, I can’t even return them.
