Useful for back pain. - At first i was disappointed with how small this product is in reality..But i have used at home on the sofa & in the car ( i bought an adapter) & this item so far has been a little gem..it massagers & warms my lower back. Iam disabled & often iam in pain & discomfort with my joints & back, especially sat in a car as a passenger. This has really helped alleviated some of my pain & stiffness.

Positives: 1. Comfortable 2. Soft 3. Heating function is nice and hot. 4. Massage is strong and relaxing. 5. The weight alone is enough to mostly hold It in place. Less Positive: 1. Little pillow does not stay in place dropping down to the bottom of the cushion. 2. The straps to hold it in place are quite short, good for astandard office chair but less so for a wider backed chair.
