Not pretty, but all the hole cutouts matched and the flanges fit the plugs easily. Had to clip off the tip of the stem to match the length of the original (removed the clip on the stem and moved it to the lower notch first. Used wire clippers to snip the end off - stem material is fairly soft, so heavy duty scissors would probably work. At less than half the cost of an OEM part (never mind the service call).
