**Q: Could this be used on paper, say to punch holes for a planner?**
A: No ! It is not for that. But Ihave used the rotary type hand leather, cloth punch to punch stencils.

**Q: Is product supposed to be covered in black oil?**
A: Yes that is totally normal. My tools also had that. It keeps the metal protected from corroding over time.

**Q: Are the chisels diamond-shaped?**
A: Yes. Very good.
