Good quality? Weatherproof?

Good quality I dunno if they are waterproof Need good quality batteries because cheap ones don’t last too long

Is it 200 lumen each side or 100 and 100?

200 per side, works great and comfortable, better than the ones used on the forehead.

The manufacturer does not list this as waterproof.
