These are of good quality ... for the price. If they were more expensive, I'd be more inclined to take away a star or two for the missing coating just below the twist on almost all of these and a couple of rough spots elsewhere on the coating on some of them. A real plus for me is that they are better for my tops/tees/blouses, and especially for air-drying them, because they are 16" (actually, slightly under 16") wide. That smaller size avoids the stretched-out upper sleeve "hanger bumps" that happen with typical 17-18" hangers. I would buy these again if I needed more. If you want typical size, wider hangers, then you probably should look at the larger size offered. Also, just exactly as they are described, the gauge is on the thin side. These are best for light- (and maybe medium-) weight garments. I doubt you'd find them a good choice for blazers or jackets. They are white and there are 50 of them. Not that I counted, but since the first part of the description was dead-on, I trust that there are actually 50. You can hang clothes on them with absolutely no problem. If you have a camisole you can bend the ends up a little bit and the cami will stay put! I am very pleased with my hangers. If I needed more hangers I would definitely buy these again. I can, without any hesitation, recommend these if you are looking for 50 white wire hangers.I did NOT receive any kind of discount or special consideration for my review. They are good for dress shirts, for which they are sturdy enough, and the price is right. However, I have a lot of heavier weight shirts such as flannel, and these 14.5 gauge hangars is not suitable for these types of shirts.
