I was actually worried about it being too small after reading the reviews and measuring my bag. I consider my bag to be medium, but I went with the large based on the measurements.My Bag (Hartmann Vigor Medium Spinner) measures 18.25 x 11.75 x 25 (27.5 w/ wheels) which I confirmed by measuring myself. The large protector is SUPPOSED to be 19.5 x 12 x 25. Should have been a pretty snug fit - alas, it was so loose that even with the velcro as tight/far as it could go, it was dragging on the floor (begging to get caught on something). I will say the plastic is decently thick.
