Review: The best money I have ever spent. - This support is so good. I suffer from ankle pain quite often with no apparent cause and nothing else I have tried has helped. Every step hurts and it really has a negative impact on my day to day life. That was until I found this support. I work in a restaurant so I’m on my feet all day and this support is often the only reason I can get through the shifts at all. I've found that wearing it over my sock is the most comfortable option and I can wear it all day with no serious rubbing. It can get a tiny bit uncomfortable if you’re walking a lot as it sits a bit thick on the bottom of the foot but it’s a small price to pay for almost complete pain relief. It also relieves pain pretty quickly if your ankle already hurts before you put it on. I also have had no issues with range of movement or sensation while wearing it and it is super comfortable to wear while driving. I do choose not to wear it while driving because I don’t have pain then but I have had the odd occasion where I have worn it without issue. The thickness of this ankle support is moderate,you can wear running shoes with it. **Q: Could this be worn underneath size 12 rugby boots** A: I wore this underneath trainers. I have small feet and it didn't fit as snugly as I would have liked. However my physiotherapist recommended the McDavid ankle brace which I find gives me far more support. **Q: Does this help with heel pain?** A: These are good and i always use them for sport and walking.
