When I tried to do a playback of video on 9/29/25, I discovered that the hard drive was no longer functioning. A reboot didn't fix the problem. It said the hard drive was unformatted, so I tried to reformat it. It just sat at 1% and froze up the system, forcing another reboot. For the moment, the four cameras still work, but I can't help but wonder for how long. I will update this review if they start dying off. I sure wish I had spent more $ from the get-go and bought another Swann (I have a Swann that's seven years old and still working fine).
