Whereas my nails are gorgeous when they grow out, they break easily. Same for my hair. My skin has moments where it looks virtually flawless, but other times I am riddled with acne, inflammation and slight eczema around my nose.Searching for a natural remedy, I found many online blogs and articles on how Biotin could FINALLY be my answer to better hair, skin and nails - and boy! Were they correct! After taking this supplement for about 10 days, I can already see where the "new nail" growth in at the bottom near my cuticle is stronger with no calcium deposits. My skin is doing fabulous too and seems to have a healthy "glow" about it. No major breakouts in the past week.I can't wait to see if my hair can get past what I'm thinking is it's "limit" for length - down my back it hits just above my bra strap. After a week of using the supplements, we were shocked to see hair actually growing in the bald spots on his face! It's mostly peach fuzz but some of it has darkened over the course of a few days to a dark brown. The only drawback to taking the supplement has been that he had to stop taking his multivitamin because it contains 100% Pantothenic acid, which I guess has the potential to negatively interact with high doses of biotin. He's also been urinating more frequently, but I suppose that should come as no surprise, seeing how biotin is water soluble and the excess is peed out.
