Useless
Useless. Far too small for knees and not at all sticky.

Large rather than extra large
These aren’t extra large only large and whilst they initially stick on your elbow they very quickly become unstuck. But if you use some fabric tape on the sides (not micropore as that doesn’t stick to anything!) then everything stays in place, even in the shower.
