Missing parts, probably lost during shipment (not the seller's fault... unless they can't be contacted for replacement.) Instructions are confusing. The sheets didn't align very well. Again, this could be because of the shipping damage. I had to run to Lowe's for extra nuts and bolts and used a mallet more than I think any shed construction warrants.
