Elegant
I’m very happy with this kitchen faucet! The black and gold finish looks elegant and modern, and it matches my kitchen beautifully. The pull-down sprayer is very convenient and works great for rinsing dishes and cleaning the sink. The faucet feels sturdy and well made, and the water flow is excellent. I wish I could give this faucet less than one star.
When we first received it, we were really impressed. The black and gold finish is beautiful, and it looked like it was made well. Unfortunately, we didn't install it right away because we weren't ready to replace our existing faucet. After it was finally installed, we happened to check under the sink about an hour later. Thankfully we did, because the hot and cold supply tubes where they connect to the faucet were leaking badly. It had already dumped a significant amount of water into the cabinet below and leaked all the way into our basement. Had we not caught it when we did, the water damage could have been much worse. To make matters even more frustrating, because we installed it a little later than planned, we missed Amazon's return window by only four days. Now we're stuck with a defective faucet and no refund. The faucet is beautiful, but looks don't matter if it leaks right out of the box. I would not recommend purchasing this product.
