I bought the trimmer head because it was to be the style that you fed the replacement line in on side, then pulled out the other evenly before winding up. NOT!!!!!!!! This one requires you to cut 2 lines evenly. Try to insert them just right till they stick in the right hole behind the bracket (takes a few times), then you can wind the line up. KEY is you need to do both at the same time, or you will be pulling the assembly apart. I am not happy at all that I was informed that the head was one style and it was not. I only bought it because the default head my trimmer had was the same feed each side in and spin it up.
