    Great service from Purel-PureLifestyleWonders, but disappointing celsi fire.

My celsi puraflame arrived damaged, however the service from Purel-PureLifestyleWonders, was excellent.  Akhar helped with a replacement which was delivered within 48hrs. I would definitely recommend this company, due to their customer service, it was second to none!. However the reason I'm only given 3 stars is not due to service, but due to (I believe,  a design oversite by Celsi) the cord is (white) on a black fire, and it can't really be hidden if you intend to wall mount the fire. The glass frontage is only approx 1 inch longer in length either side of the fire. My partner went to a lot of trouble preparing to hide the cable, drilled  hole through the chimney breast,  however you can still see the white cord. I believe if the cord was black it wouldn't be so noticable.  The fire was expensive compared to other similar fires. My neighbour has just purchased a curved fire for a fraction of the price of the celsi puraflame. It has a black cord and is completely hidden behind the curved glass frontage, unlike the celsi!
