It does come with a variety of heads so you can use the one that suits your condition best. It arrived charged and though I have used it several times for a few minutes each time it has not needed recharging so far. I thought it was reasonably cheap and easy to use. It is flexible in the middle of the handle but it is quite noisy to my ears.
