Increasing my review back to 5 stars! Customer service is sometimes everything! UPDATE: Well, after a few more weeks, we have noticed rust appearing on the edges of the knives and the bowls of the spoons. Not at all happy about this. This is NOT an inexpensive set! Reducing my review to 2 stars. I was counting on this set to be used for years. Some of the rust was able to be removed, but as you can see with the spoon, it's not just a few small spots, it's a lot. Beautiful, classic and stylish. This set has some good weight to the pieces, but is not overly heavy. The handles are easy and comfortable to grip. We have only had them for a few weeks, but they are holding up well - even in the dishwasher. For the look, feel and quality, they were worth the prices and a very good value.
