The system itself works reliably 95% of the time. Occasionally, the keypad seems to malfunction and doesn’t allow all of the code to be entered. The user has to wait until it resets to punch the code which is a frustration when we are expecting a visitor or a package delivery. However, we are still very satisfied with the system and perhaps the key keypad is something that Topens will help me with and ultimately stand by. As an aside, we would like if the user manual had clearer more user-friendly,step by step troubleshooting instructions, along with detailed line art illustrations. Review: Working gate opener - I ordered the double gate opener but due to busy schedule and holidays I did not open the box. More than a month later i opened it and tried to install but found that a piece was cracked and broken off. I contacted desertcart but due to the return window being expired I was told to contact Topens. Heidi from Topens was very helpful and told me she would send me a replacement. She went above and beyond and now I have a wonderful gate . Thanks again Heidi! ## Features - Why TOPENS - Over 25 years of specialized experience in the gate automation industry, TOPENS is dedicated to providing safe, reliable and smart gate operator systems. - Strong Gate Opener - TOPENS AD8S automatic gate opener, equipped with two STABLE 24VDC 80W motors, effortlessly operates heavy-duty dual swing gates up to max 880lbs. in weight OR max 18ft. in length per gate leaf.
