No way to make it go into auto float switch mode. *by D***E on February 17, 2026* Auto mode stopped working after only 3 months of light use in auto mode. Now when I plug it in, it just runs non-stop. It says push button on front panel for 2 seconds to switch modes. It does nothing. They said it had a 3 year warranty, but when I tried to contact the company directly, their support link said that they would be unavailable for support for a week. I was in the middle of a storm and two more storms are coming this week. So I had to order a different brand of pump to be sure I had one by tomorrow. When this worked it had very good power and moved more water than my other brand of pump rated the same, but now it is worthless since it just runs and runs and runs for no reason.
