Mine arrived open, no seal.** A: Comes with the inner liner kind of stuck to the top of the bottle but no shrink wrap. My girl does not have pad lesions so I just use the zinc. She tolerates well, likes the taste and will eat (she is a picky eater). This product helps tremendously. Major improvement in her skin situation. She is seen by a dermatologist and he likes this product for her. I break into smaller pieces with kitchen scissors and she licks them up. I don't put in her food since she doesn't always eat all her food and dosage would not be consistent.
