Me gusta. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent product, microphone quality, battery life ... and customer service *by A***E on 31 May 2024* I liked these microphones quite a lot. They are (or at least feel) directional and pick up the sounds great. The sound quality is crisp. It was very easy to set it up also and to change channels, volume, etc. Both microphones work simultaneously which is great for karaoke use but read below. I ended up returning them because it's not really designed for the way we used them in a chapel/church as there are long periods of silence during the sermons and it can pick up ambient noise so you have to turn them off while not in use. So, our return was due to our problem and not due to the product, which I loved. Actually, my return was a few months after the return window but when I explained how I loved the product but it was of no use to us as our team wanted wired microphones only, they allowed me to return them and even refunded me the shipping costs.
