Dry mouth gone
I like this gel because it lasts longer than the spray or mouth wash. Has a pleasant flavor & solves my dry mouth issue.

Works awesome! Mouth stays moist all night, even with CPAP. Highly recommend.

Not perfect, but still better than nothing.
I am a new CPAP user and needed something to prevent my mouth from drying out. I started out using Biotene gel and it worked for about the first half of the night. And then my mouth would end up drying out by the end of the second half of the night. And I found myself having to reapply it. At some point I added the Biotene mouth wash. So now I use both the wash in combination with the gel and my mouth stays moist for a lot longer. I also keep a cup of water nearby to take sips. But since adding the two in combination, I found that I don't have to take a sip as often.

The gel is not very thick
This gel is not very thick. It's much cheaper than GC Dry Mouth Gel, which I usually use, so I thought I would give it a try. The positive about it is that it has no flavor. The negative is that it just doesn't last very long.

Helps me sleep at night.
I have dry mouth issues so I apply a little of this in my mouth before I go to bed each night. It helps keep me from waking up as often with that dry mouth feeling.
