I've used hub adapters for years with my Mac and this one literally is the best. I like the short cord; longer ones tend to pull the adapter down more forcefully, which loosens the connection and over time decreases the adapter's ability to work properly. So this shorter cord is better to have. Some people mentioned a snug fit with their USBs - that is what you want-You don't want them to have a loose fit. This adapter is no frills and just what I need. It is much higher quality than the cheaper adapters I'd been buying.
