I had never used a diamond bit before.I don't know if diamond drill bits are supposed to stay on course, or if the wobbling was due to the fact that I didn't know how to properly use them. The holes might have a little shelf here and there. But these bits put holes in the bottoms of my ceramic pots just fine using my Craftsman electric drill. The pots did not break. And I am very happy with them.
