Cheap and finctional telescoping plastic carry tube.Read description to understand its size do not go by picture. (picture is of a larger sized product or the person is child sized)I did read the description and so was quite happy geting exactly what i wanted. (this fits rollup chess boards starting with 17 inches and all the way up to tournament size and above when telescoped out)delivery took a while, comming directly from china i think.

It is fine but I thought the container was a bit flimsy since when you try to lock it to its desired length it still rotate past the locking notch. I would not use it for professional art or blueprints as the paper can get crushed from the ends.  probably alright for kids carrying their art paper to school but that's all it's good for.
