J'ai déjà testé plusieurs pâtes à sucre, mais celle-ci les surpasse toutes. Elle se travaille vraiment bien et ne colle pas. J'ai pu la rouler avec mon rouleau silicone mais aussi avec mon rouleau en bois sans qu'elle colle. Elle a une bonne élasticité, se teinte facilement. J'avais préparé une boule de pate teintée avec du colorant vert mais je n'en avais pas préparé assez, j'ai juste pris un peu de pâte blanche que j'ai mélangé à ma boule verte en la malaxant même pas 30 secondes Vraiment ravi du résultat Elle a aussi très bon goût. Elle se conserve longtemps sans durcir.
