Review: best price I could fine on desertcart. - if you have certain model Phonak hearing aids then this unit replaces the side it says it replaces. very easy to remove old and replace with two pin unit. just be careful not to force in place. when the pins are lined up properly it pushes in very easy. worked in less than a minute. Hearing centers and some online retailers want to charge over $100 for a new one. it's no different than this unit. hint -- to remove an old or broken piece, on some hearing aids, you have to push the very tiny holding pin / slide out of the way using a small tool or needle type device. then the old piece pulls out. otherwise, you will think it's stuck. after replacing, i just used my fingernail to push / slide holding pin back in place. there are videos online to illustrate simple process. be sure to test after replacing. this new piece can be returned. Using a cheap tool kit I was able to push out the lock pin, pull out the broken plug, push in this new receiver and push the lock back in. Everything sounds perfect. This includes new domes.
