TOOL-CHECK PLUS 1

The Wera Tool-Check Plus is a masterclass in tool design. The entire kit is incredibly compact with virtually no wasted space, yet it still includes a very usable selection of bits and sockets. Everything feels extremely high quality — the materials, the machining, and the fit and finish are all excellent. The magnetic bits hold screws very securely, which makes a huge difference when working in awkward positions. The locking bit extender is another standout feature because you can swap bits one-handed without fighting the tool. What really impressed me is how lightweight it is. I carry this in my EDC sling/fanny pack and barely notice it’s there, but I always have a solid tool set available. It’s not the cheapest option out there, but the engineering, usability, and quality make it absolutely worth the cost. 10/10 — highly recommended. 1st. Photo shows the kit inside of a Eberlestock Bando Bag (SMALL). 2nd/3rd. Photo is size comparison to iPhone 17 Pro Max with a fairly slim case. This kit is barely heavier/larger than the phone!

I have had the same set at work for 4 years and I love it very much, and now I bought it for home. In my opinion, this is the best product among many sets similar to this one, I am sure I will buy products from the same company Wera .

This is my introduction to the Wera tool world. I saw this on the South Main Auto You Tube channel and when it went on sale, I bought it. Great product.

Very well made great knife

Use these at work for maintenance on cnc machines and needed a set for at home or in the car on the go. Has everything a basic set should have and then some. The bit goes perfectly in an impact driver allowing use of all the tool options. The small ratchet is strong and durable and handles a good amount of torque. Great set to have on the job, home or in the car for minor repairs.

nice tool as I expected.

I have a lot if compact sets. This is pretty nice. Good quality tools, even the tiny to ratchet and bit handle. Of course they are so compact, it limits the torque without having something else on hand. Still, this is to be ex expected for a small compact set that can be kept anywhere, even a glove compartment. The reason for the lower rating is there's so many duplicate use bits that really could've been substituted with more tools. Instead of 2 #1 Phillips bits and 3 #2 ones, they could've had some flat screwdriver bits. Even the torx bits are duplicated by having security bit versions and standard. The security bit versions (with the holes drilled in them) can be used in both cases. Thus was a very disappointing set. Not because if the quality (5 stars). But because of the versatility. Not sure why so many 5 star reviews raving about the quality. Thus set could've been better if the completed the bits instead, by elimating duplicates.
