**Q: I have lost a little cover that goes over the unused cartridges does anyone know where I can get a replacement or what I could use to store it safely**
A: Your absolutely fine. If it went off it would break the casing. It’s just for shipping purposes. I carry one that’s not in one so I can quickly insert it because I may need to dry stun instead of shoot a cartridge depending on the situation.

**Q: Do both probes have to hit the target to be most effective?**
A: Yes. Both probes must make contact with the target to complete the electrical circuit.  The aiming laser will illuminate the contact point of  the top probe.

**Q: Why will these not ship to NY if tasers/stun guns are legal as of March 22, 2019?**
A: Amazon has not updated their restricted shipping areas for stun guns and Tasers to reflect the law change. Please contact Amazon as a buyer and ask them to update their system. Maybe if enough people ask about it, they will make it a priority.

**Q: Is it againt the law to carry a stun gun pulse  in california ???**
