**Q: What is the conversion of 1 tablespoon garlic power to this garlic paste?**
A: 1 tablespoon is 1 tablespoon. Whatever your directions say it is equal. Otherwise just trial and error. Adjust to personal taste.

**Q: Does it come in a glass or plastic jar?**
A: Going forward, all units will be in glass jars. It used to come in a plastic jar.

**Q: Can it be frozen between uses?  We'd probably need it only from time to time, and I'm sure it would expire before used up if it cannot be frozen.**
A: You can immediately refrigerate it after each use and the product should be good until the best before date on the bottle.

A: Seems okay in my fridge and it's been six weeks.  I often keep minced/mashed garlic for a year or more.
