**Q: What are the dimensions of the 3l?  the product details states: "9.5 x 8.5 x 2 inches" but that doesn't seem correct.**
A: From bottom to top of the hydration bag where I would fill with water, it's 11 in. (very top of bag 14 in) and 6.5 in across

**Q: What are the bladder dimensions when it is "full"?  2l and 3l, please.**
A: Measurements at full capacity are as follows:
Shape Shift 2L (baffles unlocked) - 12" L x 6.2" W x 3.21 " D / (baffles locked) 12.2" L x 5.5" W x 2.2" D

**Q: Do you use soap in the dishwasher to clean this inside out?**
A: Hello - you can wash your reservoir with soap but we recommend rinsing very well in order to remove any lingering soapy taste. If used in the dishwasher, you can also use soap which is often easier to rinse out than standard dish soap.  Alternatively, the all natural Bottle Bright cleaning tablet is an effective and easy cleaning solution for reservoirs.

**Q: What are the dimensions of the tube? I'm looking to buy a quick-disconnect that fits.**
A: The tube has a 6 mm / 1/4 in diameter that is typically standard in most reservoirs.  HydraPak offers a compatible quick disconnect on the accessories page of their website.
