So if you do heavy lifting with your legs you will definitely find this compression shorts helpful. I'm 6 ft tall, 214 lbs, 34 waist. I ordered L and they give a great compression, leaning more to the too tight side but I prefer that than having the shorts not giving a strong compression. Perfect fit ### ⭐ Wore out with minimal use *by D***H on June 1, 2017* These were great until a small hole showed up on the seam. I wore these for 2 hours each time, less than once per week at the gym for 6 months, and they're now useless. Little hole keeps growing. Has graduated to large hole. Not sure what comes next.
