I've not a big person and have a size 7 wide (EE) shoe. A lot of shoes for men don't even go down to this size. These fit me very well with one thick sock. I was surprised how comfortable they were right from the start. I also have a high instep and a high arch. Getting in them was easy and the support is decent. Light weight and appear to be made well. I haven't had a chance to wear them out in the snow very long but they seem to be well insulated. I like that there is a small amount of reflective material on the cloth on the shoelace eye loops. My YakTrax fit well on these but the tread seems pretty grippy in just snow. The cost was relatively low and I was skeptical how these would be but they really have exceeded my expectations so far. Review: Nice wide fit - Looks good and feels nice so far. Nice wide fit, really similar to the Keen fit. Only had them for a couple of weeks though. Using them for my landscape business. ## Features - WATERPROOF -- The men waterproof hiking boots are made of Abrasion resistance Kevlon fabric upper. Nice wide fit, really similar to the Keen fit. Only had them for a couple of weeks though. Using them for my landscape business. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great buy for the money! *by C***G on August 19, 2026* A good quality, snug fitting boot. Have a soft tread. Comfortable and waterproof. I’ve had several pair and will buy again. Rubber over top of toe has a tendency to come loose over time at back edge. A good choice for the money. I do a lot of hiking and walking in all types of terrain. These work well in the mountains or around town. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.uk/products/740020714-xpeti-mens-terra-mid-hiking-boot](https://www.desertcart.co.uk/products/740020714-xpeti-mens-terra-mid-hiking-boot) --- *Product available on Desertcart United Kingdom* *Store origin: GB* *Last updated: 2026-10-26*
