Bought this brand to replace another brand where all 3 cameras stopped working after 1year. Set first camera up, easy peasy. 2nd camera I had an issue with. Customer service very attentive and didn't pass me around jumping thru same hoops over and over. After a few checks was determined 2nd camera was defective and received a replacement. Turn around fast. First camera working great so far. Extremely pleased with the quality of the product and the caliber of the support team.

Takes only photos and by the time I get them on my phone whatever triggered the camera is gone and the photo is of the driveway. I drove my truck around the building and set off the camera wbut the photo came to my phone and no truck in the picture. Too much delay.
