It's probably the best outdoor rock speaker that money can buy on market! **Q: Is this for a pair of speakers or just one?** A: I'm going to say these are sold as single speakers because I looked up my receipt from July 2012 and I see two separate emails from Amazon on the same day at the same time so it seems I had to order two for me to get a pair. I checked my order history and it also shows I ordered two. They still sound great. I also have two TFS10s and they sound even better but they're bigger (but I think have the same size speaker inside). **Q: are these wireless and have a transmitter** A: no, they are wired. I have them around my pool in the flower beds using outdoor speaker wire. They work great!
