I just received this and have no clue how to put it on.** A: The small logo/label on the top of back pad is positioned on your left. The adjustment buckles on the straps face up and atop your thighs. The knee pads positioned inward toward each knee. Once on correctly there is a clip to keep your legs together. There is a strap that goes around your belly on the front just so the contraption hangs on you if you get up to move around. It is a little confusing at first but I love it and have used it at my computer desk for over a year. It helps with posture, alignment of the spine and to alleviate "Head Forward Syndrome".
