The ring is super stiff when first used and the act of swiveling it starts to pry the sticky piece off of the phone. After a while the ring loosens up, but eventually becomes so loose that it won't hold the phone up. By that point the sticky backing has been pried off of the phone so much anyhow that the entire thing just keeps falling off. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very cute and unique but . . . *by M***N on Reviewed in the United States on August 14, 2018* what other reviewers have indicated, the connector provided doesn't last and the device falls off. I washed mine under warm water and reapplied and it worked again, about as strong as when it was new. I just keep doing that and handle it with care, not trusting it to not drop my phone.
