The blurring effect is immaculate, instant matte. I get very oily, i mean very very oily around my T zone. I usually see oilyness like after 3-4 hrs and i'd say thats a good amount of time. Then it gets to the point where i cant do any more touch ups cause the foundation and the oils on my T zone are just separating everything.
